Prodotto in Nicaragua, dalla distillazione di melassa e canna da zucchero. Conservato 18 anni in botte di rovere bianca americana. Color ambrato rosso. Sentori di caramello, noci, vaniglia e cannella. Al gusto, distinte note di torrone, miele e nocciole con netto finale al caramello.
