Albana in purity from late harvest by hand, based on the presence of noble rot, with scalar harvest every 3-4 days.
Fermented and aged in French oak barrels.

Flor de Cana – Rum 18yo   7,5 €
Produced in Nicaragua, from the distillation of molasses and sugar cane. Preserved 18 years in American white oak barrels. Red amber color. Hints of caramel, walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate, distinct notes of nougat, honey and hazelnuts with a clear caramel finish.
